Order Process

The first step is for you to contact me by phone, email, mail, or fax. Our first discussion usually revolves around you, your current bikes, the kind of riding you do, and what your expectations are. If you are comfortable with our first interactions and want to move forward, I will send out the order, fitting, and paint forms. These forms can also be downloaded below.

After you fill out the forms, you send the forms and a deposit of $800 back to me. After I have reviewed your forms and worked up a design, I will send over a complete build sheet including every detail of your new bike. We will be on contact with each other through the whole process, and you will be given updates along the way.

After you have confirmed your new bike, your frameset goes in the queue.  If you are purchasing a complete bike, I require pre-payment for the component kit and I order it right away. This ensures there are no hold-ups due to components being out of stock and also rules out any component price increases.

When your bike is complete, I will contact you regarding shipping, delivery, and balance due. I try to make the process as interactive and informative as possible. At the end of the day, I want you to have fun with this. After all...it's a bike. It should be fun!
